Badly hemmed at the end of the flag, making all candy cane looking edge. Obvious defect.
When hanging the flag vertically from my porch in order to display correctly with the stars in the upper left, the hem at the bottom folds the stripes over and the stripes slant on the hem making them misalign and overlap with opposite colors.
It looks ridiculous and stands out.
This flag is made of a nice heavy cotton and would be high quality if not for the bizarre looking clashing ends of the stripes.
