The Germany Eagle Flag has the same colors of the German Flag but with an eagle in the center that comes from the arms. Common unofficial flag variant with the coat of arms of Germany.
The government flag of Germany is officially known as the Dienstflagge der Bundesbehörden (state flag of the federal authorities) or Bundesdienstflagge for short. Introduced in 1950, the government flag is the civil flag modified with the Bundesschild (“Federal Shield”), which overlaps with up to one fifth of the black and gold bands.
