MY oldest son, while attending James Madison University, had a room mate Ilya Kiss in, who was from Kyiv Ukraine. I made a trip to Kyiv when I worked for the DOD back in 2000. Ilya’s patents took all over Kyiv, took me to lunch. It was a beantiful time. Recently, because of the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, I kept in touch with and found out his Mother finally had gotten safely out of Kyiv. My affinity for Ukraine is deep.
