Our exclusive Rough Tex Fabric Finish surface treatment composition, coated textiles and flag fabrics, to enhance printing of designs and patterns; Fabric Finish treated to preserve color (UV Protection) dyes and inks to reduce fade; Flag Bunting Fabric that may or may not have printed patterns and designs for use in textile flag applications, namely Ruffin Flags exclusive Rough Tex bunting used in the manufacture of flags, banners and bunting.
Made of durable and long-lasting nylon fabric and solid brass grommets, this flag lasts much longer than our Standard flag. You won’t find nylon flags with higher tensile and tear strength. It has excellent strength retention under UV exposure, and high resistance to UV fading. The colors are deep, bright, and last over time due to the aniline dye process. They have better wash-fastness and light-fastness than nylons of similar fabric construction. One inch double edge fold around flag, with four rows of stitching on the fly edge. There reinforced stitching at the top and bottom of the fly edge of the flag.

Good reproduction, actually the only one of what is supposed to be the oldest authentic flag out there I could find. I was actually hoping to find a real beat up cotton version. Decent price. Great quality. I know it’s nylon, but should have washing instructions because the creases from the package means it needs to be pressed somehow for display. Obviously cannot take a hot iron, so I guess I’ll wash on gentle cycle or steam it or press with a damp towel to cover it.

Thank you I don’t recommend washing it. Until later it’s really dirty. Simply using it will get the creases out of it. Steaming. It might be a good idea. For your future order, so we could also do a little tea staining on a more better flag.
